Fresh bee pollen is different from what you'll find dried and shelf-stable elsewhere — this pollen comes straight from our own hives, unprocessed and undried, which means it keeps its natural softness and powdery texture. It's a mix of pollen from local trees, grasses, and wildflowers, and every color of granule you see is a different flower species — tan, yellow, orange, even blues and purples.

Storage — Read Before You Order
Because this pollen isn't dried, it has to stay frozen. The natural moisture content will cause it to spoil at room temperature. Store it in the freezer as soon as it arrives.
How to Use It
A common serving is less than ½ teaspoon. Start with just a few grains and increase gradually as your body gets used to it — local pollen is commonly used to help with seasonal plant allergies, more so than honey alone. We can't say it's certified organic, since we can't control which flowers our bees visit, but it's about as natural and unprocessed as pollen gets.
